·         Open forum for all suggestions regarding contract negotiations.

·         Final review of May 6 election ballots & polling procedures.

·         Update of all outstanding grievances & pending arbitration cases.

·         Review 2003 Trustee financial audit.

·         Officers reports (including monthly financial report)

·         Discussion about members rights regarding intimidation and harassment by management representatives.

·         Open member discussion.

2004 Election Notice

Date: May 6, 2004

Polling Place: Guard Shack

(Plant Entrance)

Time: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Polling Place: Local Union Hall

Time: 7:45 8:00 pm

· The offices to be elected are; Vice President, Recording Secretary, Sergeant at Arms, One Year Trustee & Trustee at Large.

· There will be an 8:00 pm special meeting at the Local Union Hall to announce the election results.
